Texarkana is a long way from White Oak. Do you really service it?
Yes. Texarkana is the northern end of our territory and it is on our own routes, along with New Boston, Atlanta and Linden on the way. We have run this far north for years.
Our plant runs three shifts. Does that change anything?
It changes the equipment mix and how often we come. Second and third shift are the ones most likely to find an empty machine, so a plant program usually leans on snack, drink and cold food machines placed close to the floor, stocked on a schedule built around the shifts rather than the office hours.
Can you stock products a vending distributor cannot get?
Yes. We have operated seven convenience stores over the last 17 years, which opens us up to a whole line of products that are not available through vending distributors.
